These Terms govern your use of Bleep Video: Swear Word Censor ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
1. What the App is
A tool that finds swear words in the speech of a video, lets you review them, bleeps or mutes the ones you choose, and checks the result by transcribing it again.
2. Detection is not guaranteed
Speech recognition can mishear or miss words, especially with music, crosstalk, wind, accents or mumbling, and it can flag words that aren't swearing. The App shows every bleep for review and double-checks the finished clip, but it cannot promise to catch every word. Watch your clip before you publish or share it. You are responsible for the content you export.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to your videos. Only use the App on videos you have the right to edit and share.
4. Purchases
Bleep Video Unlimited is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It can be restored on your other devices with the same Apple ID and shared through Family Sharing. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code and sounds, is owned by Bulpara Inc. Part of the App's word list is adapted from the “List of Dirty, Naughty, Obscene, and Otherwise Bad Words” (LDNOOBW), used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Attribution is in the App under Settings → Licences.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including from a word the App did not bleep.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
